Domaine Chancelle Saumur Champigny - Red 2016


The vines are in Turquant, in the heart of the Saumur Champigny terroir, planted on clay-limestone soil and a tufa subsoil which gives it a beautiful "minerality".

A red wine from the Loire, to be served at a moderate temperature.


Eye: Intense ruby color with purplish reflections.

Nose: Very expressive on small red fruits which mingle with sweet spices with a note of violet so characteristic of Saumur-Champigny

Palate: Round, fruity attack, a medium full of lace with melted and silky tannins and a long, fruity and fresh finish
