Domaine Roche Aigue AOC Bourg Pinot Noir Hautes Côtes de Beaune - Red 2018

The vines planted between 280 and 450 meters above sea level keep freshness even in a sunny vintage like 2018.

The vineyard occupies the best exposed slopes of the valleys perpendicular to the wine coast.

The terroir is dominated by marly formations and the slopes, sometimes very marked, are frequently covered with limestone scree.

Eye: Ruby of a beautiful intensity, brilliant and limpid.

Nose: Very red fruits, raspberries and morello cherries, sweet spices and a very discreet oak.

Palate: Nice attack in the mouth, well balanced medium in the fruit and freshness and the very fruity and long finish.
