This Exception cuvée comes from a beautiful clay-limestone terroir, the Kalkgrube, literally "lime pit" with old vines which give it body and structure.
It is a beautiful hillside of good altitude and very well exposed.
Appearance: Garnet of medium intensity, limpid and brilliant
Nose: Small red fruits, typical of Pinot Noir, sweet spices.
Palate: Attack full of finesse, very soft tannins and a fruity, spicy and long finish.

First glass nose immobile, the second nose after agitation and aeration.
