The Bourgogne Epineuil appellation is not very extensive, barely 80 hectares of vines. It is located northeast of Chablis, next to Tonnerre.
The terroir is practically identical to that of Chablis, very limestone and exposed to the east and south-east.
Eye: Ruby with a beautiful intensity, limpid and brilliant.
Nose: Red berries, ripe strawberries, blackcurrants, blueberries, pepper and sweet spices.
Palate: Frank attack, well balanced medium between red fruits and freshness and the finish is sweet, fruity and long
