Domaine Mas des Caprices Corbières Ozé - Rosé 2019


Estate certified in biodynamic agriculture which is divided into two appellations Fitou and Corbières. This rosé “Ozé” 2018 is made from a blend of Grenache noir, Mourvèdre and a hint of Syrah.

The climate is of the western Mediterranean basin type.


Eye: Pale pink color, limpid and brilliant.

Nose: Intense on citrus fruits, pomelo, white peach, small red fruits and this floral note that reminds us of roses.

Palate: Round attack on the palate, fresh, the mid-palate that follows is well balanced. The persistence in the mouth and remarkable, all in finesse, elegance and fruity.
