Domaine Caveau des Byards Côtes du Jura Grande Reserve - White 2015

This Grande Réserve cuvée is a blend of Chardonnay and Savagnin, the two great white grape varieties of the Jura. The Savagnin brings its power and the Chardonnay its finesse. The vines are exposed south and south / southwest and the harvest is manual. The large reserve undergoes aging longer than tradition, which gives it greater aromatic and taste complexity.

Appearance: Straw golden yellow, limpid and brilliant.

Nose: Expressive, white fruits (apple and pear), white flowers (hawthorn and acacia).

Taste: Ample, round, fleshy palate, well balanced mid-palate with a very persistent finish on white fruits, flowers and a saline note.
