The Chitry vineyard is based on the same soils as Chablis but the orientation of the vines is different, it is on a north-north-west to south-south-east axis, which gives aromas and a slightly different flavor to Chablis.
Eye: Pale yellow with green reflections. Clear and shiny color
Nose: Very fruity, citrus, white fruits (pear), white flowers (acacia and hawthorn)
Palate: Nice frank and lively attack, nice balance on the palate between freshness and chardonnay fruit and a very long, fruity and salivating finish.
Look at the wine:
The color, the shine, the nuances, the dress.
Smell the wine:
First glass nose immobile, the second nose after agitation and aeration.
Taste the wine:
The attack, the development in the mouth and finally the final note.
