Domaine du Goût is first and foremost a meeting between Sébastien, its founder, and Thierry, the sommelier. Both are passionate about French gastronomy and its wines. Domaine du Goût is also the result of collaborative work with agencies (Insign,Temps Réel), partners (LaFoodTech,Village by CA), and none of this would have been possible without the support of institutional partners (AER,BPI,Réseau Entreprendre,Région BFC). Needless to say, this project has brought together resources from all corners of France. This is part of our guarantees at Domaine du Goût. Our guarantees regarding Vinottes: quality and taste are our priority! We want you to be able to choose your wine with complete confidence and for the wine you taste in the Vinottes to perfectly reflect the wine you will serve to your loved ones in a few months. Developed and manufactured in France (made in France), the Vinotte® from Vinovae is based on patented technology that allows wine to be repackaged as a sample under an inert, oxygen-free atmosphere. The organoleptic properties are preserved, thus respecting the purest expression of each wine. This product has been approved by numerous sommeliers and oenologists. It is therefore a total guarantee to enjoy a wine true to the craftsmanship of our partner winemakers.

Our tasting guarantees: 2cl is the ideal tasting amount, it is the quantity served in winemakers' salons, for example. With this amount, which equals 2 sips, it is possible to form a precise opinion on the color, bouquet, and aromas.

Our payment guarantees: we use e-transaction payment technology (Stripe). All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256. Strict compliance with the most rigorous industry regulations, standards, and guidelines. E-transaction incorporates the latest technologies with an innovative platform that continuously improves and regularly offers new features.

PET is a very lightweight material (8 times lighter than glass) and unbreakable. Its carbon footprint is half that of glass, and PET is recyclable. Combined with the screw cap, this container allows for easy use. It is therefore the ideal packaging for mailing in the tasting box.
