For me, wine is a passion and above all a moment to share. As an instructor at the Wine School in Paris, I spend most of my time in the vineyards, with winemakers, and at trade shows. This is essential to gain experience and taste new or evolving wines. My passion? Finding a new selection of wines for you every month.
It’s an endless passion; you have to persevere, always searching for new treasures. I love sharing them with others, finding the perfect moment to appreciate them properly, while, of course, continuing to enjoy the wines we already love and following their development. These moments are precious for showcasing regions, grape varieties, and wines from around the world!
Ultimately, one of my favorite moments remains the smiles I see when I introduce a wine that people enjoy. With fruit, perfect balance, and a touch of complexity!

Through my descriptive sheets and tasting advice, which you will find each month in your Domaine du Goût box, I will be in direct contact with you. All this with the sole purpose of guiding you step by step through your tasting. I will also give you wine storage tips and simple food and wine pairing ideas to make your experience as enjoyable as possible.
