Behind La Boutique des Saucissons is Salaisons Debroas: a family business located in the heart of southern Ardèche for 67 years, preserving ancestral recipes with unwavering artisanal quality.
It all starts with exclusively French pork, coarsely ground, stuffed into natural casings, tied by hand with linen string, then slowly air-dried for 3 to 8 weeks. The result: a natural gray-green bloom on the surface, the unmistakable signature of an authentic saucisson, and a range of products certified IGP, French Pork, and Artisan. Zero coloring, 20% fat content at preparation, recipes unchanged because they don’t need to change.
The shop offers about forty varieties — flavored saucissons, chorizos, mini saucissons, dry-cured hams, Corsican and game charcuterie — as well as a selection of Ardèche specialties (chestnut cream, nougats, local wines) to make every tasting a complete experience.
