This calendar is much more than just a tasting: it is a fun learning experience. Inside, you will find a richly detailed booklet, outlining the history of the estates, the characteristics of the wines, and their perfect pairings. Additionally, access to the Franck Thomas Training platform allows you to explore the intuitive tasting method. Six Vinottes are to be tasted blind, accompanied by videos made by sommeliers Eva, Justine, and Franck, to sharpen your senses and understand the subtleties of each wine.

The selection of 24 wines is the result of a demanding process led by Franck Thomas, MOF and Best Sommelier of Europe. Each vintage comes from certified organic producers, with a focus on the diversity of terroirs : from the finesse of a Sancerre to the spicy aromas of a Mondeuse from Savoie, through the complexity of a Saint-Émilion Grand Cru. This wine journey was designed to surprise enthusiasts, whether beginners or connoisseurs, while promoting sustainable agriculture.
